SJAS believes that keeping an open channel of communication between school and parents will add to students’ success. There are different approaches to communicate with the school:

Our website includes notices to parents, each subjects’ daily homework as well as many other items of information – It is highly important to check the LMS DAILY for the following reasons:

• School calendars and notices will be posted on the school website as well as on the school bulletin boards outside the school premises. It is suggested that parents check the LMS daily.
• Daily Homework Assignments are posted on the LMS.
• For concerns and questions please send a message via the LMSto the American Section School Administration.
• Requests for a meeting with an administration member will be addressed through sending a message to the Administration through the LMS. Please note that your message will be answered within 48 working hours.
• All Discipline Concerns and e-mails, as well as notifications will be addressed via the school website.

• Facebook –  St. Joseph’s Private Language School-Sharm El Sheikh  Messages sent via the Facebook page messenger will be answered within 48 hours. It is not advised to send messages or comments on Facebook public page, Please send your concern via school website for quicker feedback.
• Communication between parents and teachers
  • The school website allows messaging between teachers and parents. All communication between parents and school (administration and teachers) will be conducted through the school LMS http://edu.stjoseph-sharm.com/ 

Please review messages via LMS daily as St Joseph’s Private Language School – American Section is not responsible if you do not read notices sent.

• Appointments with the management and teachers are also welcomed. Appointments are arranged between 08:30AM to 02:30PM
