KG Meals
There is no school canteen available for KG students. Students should bring their own sandwiches and snacks. Students should bring their breakfast and lunch in labeled lunch boxes with their names and class.
Healthy foods are strongly recommended to ensure proper nutrition of our students.
It is recommended to have breakfast at home before coming to school.
Healthy Foods
- Fresh fruits
- Yoghurt, milk or any dairy products
- Bread – sandwich with cheese, turkey or jam
- Vegetables (raw) such as carrots, cucumbers, green salad for lunch.
- Water
- Juice – pure unsweetened, fresh juice
Unhealthy Foods
- Cereals (Wheat – Corn Flakes- Honey/fruits Cereals)
- Chocolate
- Candy, sweets
- Fizzy drinks, soda
- Chips
- Eggs
All students must bring a big bottle of water (due to hot weather).
